Peepshow Illustration Collective has produced a limited edition of the print they created as part of their commission in the Retinoblastoma Unit at The Royal London, 2008.
Peepshow was founded in 2000 by graduates of the University of Brighton to facilitate collaboration. Since then, as a collective and as individuals, they have worked extensively within the areas of illustration, advertising, art direction, moving image, set design, mixed media installation, fashion and textile design.
As illustrators they have frequently appeared in publications such as The Guardian, The Observer, The Telegraph and The New York Times and their work regularly features in Creative Review, Design Week and Varoom. Their work has also been featured in ‘onedotzero: adventures in motion’ at the ICA, ‘Counter:Vision’ at The Hayward Gallery, and as part of ‘Pictoplasma’ in New York, ‘Pick Me Up’ at Somerset House and ‘Ecology Earth 21’ at the Museum of Modern Art in Saitama, Japan, ‘From Start to Finish’ at Saatchi & Saatchi. It has appeared on the BBC, Channel 4 and MTV. Peepshow’s client list includes Dazed & Confused, Diesel, Ford, Honda, Levis, Orange, Perrier, Samsung, Sony, Swarovski, Timeout, Victoria & Albert Museum, Virgin Atlantic, Waitrose, Wallpaper Magazine, and Zanussi among many others.
Peepshow is Luke Best, Jenny Bowers, Miles Donovan, Chrissie Macdonald, Pete Mellor, Marie O’Connor, Andrew Rae, Elliot Thoburn, Lucy Vigrass and Spencer Wilson.
Proceeds raised supported Childhood Eye Cancer Trust and the Vital Arts programme.
